Vacuum atmosphere tubular resistance furnace

practicality to achieve the best results.
Features about Atmosphere Muffle Furnaces:
- The highest temperature is 1000 ° C, 1200 ° C, 1300 ° C,
1400 ° C.
- Using vacuum forming technology, the electric furnace
wire is embedded in the inner surface of the ceramic fiber furnace, and the
furnace liner is formed once to prevent the pollution of volatile materials.
The special heat insulation design has low temperature on the outer surface of
the furnace shell.
- The electric furnace wire is placed around the inside of
the furnace, and the special surface of the furnace wire is treated with
anti-corrosion technology.
- The furnace tube is made of alumina furnace tube (1000
°C), and the corundum furnace tube can be selected.
- SCR control, PID parameter self-tuning function, manual /
automatic interference-free switching function, programmable 30 time periods,
can meet the requirements of continuous constant temperature and temperature
control
- With ultra-high temperature alarm function, with built-in
parameter password control.
- The vacuum atmosphere type uses stainless steel sealing
kit and high quality corundum tube, the sealing effect is good, the vacuum
degree is -0.098MPa.
- The heating rate is 10-30 °C / min, the heating rate is
fast, the energy consumption of the empty furnace is small, and the energy
saving is more than 50%.
- High temperature control accuracy, display accuracy ± 1 °
C; temperature value is less than 3 ° C, temperature uniformity ± 6 ° C.
- The tube furnace at 10.1300 ° C and 1400 ° C is heated
with a silicon carbon rod and a 99 corundum tube.
